How do I place an order?
Simply click an item you like, select the right size and decide if you want to continue shopping or go to the check-out page. Then follow the steps to fullfil your order.
What are the different payment options?
We support all mainstream payment options such as credit cards, mastercard, bankcontact, Paypal, Ideal and Maestro.
Will there be any additional charges to my order?
Additional costs may be charged for orders outside the benelux or orders under €50.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not left our warehouse you can still change or cancel your order.
When will my order be delivered?
This information will be in your order confirmation email? Under normal circumstances you should allow 4-7 working days (depending on you region).
Can I track my order?
Yes a tracking number along whith an order number will be included in the confirmation email you get from us.

Can I exange an item?
Yes but only when it can be proven that the item has not been worn or used.
How do I return an item?
Send the item in its origal packaging back to the return adress along with the corresponding return form.
Who pays the shipping costs when an item is returned without exchange?
The client pays the shipping costs if the client does not wish to exchange the product.
I do not wish to exchange the product, can I get my money back?
Unfortunatly when the order has left the warehouse and the custumer does not want to exchange the product for another product, we do not offer a payback service.
